Role Overview
As an Outside Sales Representative with Avera Payments, you will work directly with business owners to evaluate their current payment processing, POS systems, and operational needs. You’ll present customized, cost-saving solutions that deliver real value while building long-term client relationships that generate recurring residual income.
This role is consultative, relationship-driven, and ideal for professionals who understand the merchant services landscape and want to grow a sustainable, high-income book of business.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience in merchant services, FinTech, POS, or B2B outside sales

Strong understanding of payment processing, interchange, and pricing models
